SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview

Ampz LLC provides two types of services:

A. Digital Rental Services

Delivered instantly through Ampz kiosks and mobile web software.

B. Physical Products

Including, but not limited to:

  • Charging kiosks (8-slot, 40-slot, future models)

  • Stands, pedestals, and mounting hardware

  • Floor decals and signage kits

  • Replacement chargers and power banks

  • Cables, adapters, and accessories

  • Branded merchandise (shirts, hats, uniforms, stickers)

  • Promotional materials

  • Any future Ampz-branded products

This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and warranties for all hardware and merch.
 

2. Digital Rental Services (No Physical Shipping)

Portable charger rentals occur in person at Ampz kiosks.
For rentals:

  • No items are shipped

  • No postal returns are accepted

  • Service is delivered instantly when a charger is dispensed

All rental returns must be completed in person at a participating Ampz kiosk.

This section applies only to rentals, not physical product sales.
 

3. Shipping for Physical Products

3.1 Order Processing

For kiosk hardware, accessories, decals, and merchandise:

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days

  • Customized or branded orders may require additional time

  • Large kiosk orders may be processed on a freight schedule

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is processed.

3.2 Shipping Methods

Ampz ships products through:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS (for small merchandise items)

  • Freight carriers (for large kiosks or pallets)

Shipping carrier is determined based on product size, destination, and cost efficiency.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees:

  • Are automatically calculated at checkout or

  • Provided via invoice for large/franchise orders

  • Are non-refundable once the product has shipped

Customs duties or import taxes (if international) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3.4 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:

  • U.S. domestic shipments: 3–10 business days

  • International shipments: 7–21 business days

  • Freight shipments: 5–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume periods

Ampz is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
 

4. Hardware Returns & Refunds

4.1 General Eligibility

Physical products can be returned if:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Not custom-branded or made-to-order

A restocking fee may apply (typically 10–25%).

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used kiosks or used chargers

  • Custom-branded kiosks

  • Floor decals that have been installed or peeled

  • Damaged merchandise caused after delivery

  • Opened cables, chargers, or electronic accessories

  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

  • Promotional or clearance items

4.3 Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the product arrived defective or incorrect:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Freight returns must follow Ampz special return instructions

  • Tracking information must be provided
     

5. Warranty for Purchased Hardware

Ampz kiosk hardware includes a limited warranty, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or internal component failures

  • Software-related functionality issues

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage from improper installation

  • Vandalism or theft

  • Water intrusion

  • Damage from power surges

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Wear-and-tear on accessories or decals

Batteries and cables are considered consumables and may have shorter warranty periods.
 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged:

  1. Contact Ampz within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

  2. Provide photos for damage claims.

  3. Ampz will file a claim with the carrier.

  4. Replacement items may be sent after carrier investigation.

Ampz is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect delivery information entered by the customer.
