Enterprise & chains
One agreement.
Not forty negotiations.
Phone charging across a chain, a concession footprint or a property portfolio — structured once, reported in one place, and rolled out in phases you control. Guests scan, take a power bank, and return it to any station in the network.
This page is for you if
- ·You run more than a handful of sites and do not want a separate conversation for each one
- ·You hold concessions or leases inside airports, stadiums, malls or transit hubs
- ·You have a facilities or ancillary-revenue mandate and need something that installs without construction
- ·Procurement, legal and insurance need to see paperwork before anything goes in a building
How a portfolio rollout goes
Pilot first. Scale on your numbers.
- 01
We map the footprint
Which sites, what kind of traffic, who controls the floor space at each one. Portfolios are rarely uniform and the plan should not pretend otherwise.
- 02
We agree the structure
Terms are set across the estate rather than site by site, and every agreement is drawn and signed individually. There is no rate card — the shape follows the footprint.
- 03
Paperwork before hardware
Certificates of insurance, vendor credentialing, whatever your procurement process requires. We would rather clear this first than stall an install.
- 04
Phased rollout
Usually a pilot at a handful of representative sites, measured, then scaled. You see real numbers from your own estate before committing the rest of it.
The questions procurement asks
How is this different from signing up site by site?
Terms are negotiated once across the footprint instead of renegotiated at every location, and reporting rolls up to the portfolio rather than arriving as separate statements. Practically, it also means one legal review instead of forty.
What are the commercial terms?
They are quoted per agreement rather than published. Portfolio deals vary too much on footprint, exclusivity, term and who does the local work for a rate card to mean anything — so we would be inventing a number to put on this page. We will put real ones in front of you on the call.
Can our own teams handle the on-site work?
Yes, and at portfolio scale that is often the better arrangement. Your people are already in the building. We provide the platform, the hardware, the brand and the support behind it.
Do you carry insurance we can name?
Yes. Ampz LLC carries a business owner’s policy including general liability, and we can issue a certificate naming your entity. Send us your insurance requirements — limits, additional-insured wording, waivers — and we will tell you plainly which we already meet and which would need to be added, rather than nodding along and sorting it out later.
We already have a charging vendor. Why talk to you?
Two reasons worth your time. Most vendors offer one commercial model; we have several, which matters when a portfolio contains very different kinds of sites. And our larger stations carry an ad screen, which is a revenue line most competitors do not have at all.
Are you big enough for our footprint?
We are early, and we would rather say so than oversell it. Ampz is launching from Dallas with hardware in hand and no long deployment history behind us. If you need a vendor with hundreds of live sites today, that is not us yet. If you want to shape how a network gets built and get preferential terms for doing it, that is exactly the conversation.
