What venue owners ask
What does it cost me?
Nothing to host. There is no equipment to buy, no installation charge and no monthly fee on the standard host arrangement. If you would rather your guests charge for free as an amenity you pay for, that version exists too — we will walk through both.
How does my venue make money?
You share in what the station earns from rentals. The exact terms are agreed with you directly rather than published on a webpage, and you can model the economics yourself on our calculator before you ever speak to us.
Do my staff have to do anything?
No. The customer scans a QR code with their own phone and a power bank is released. Nobody hands anything over, nobody holds a phone behind the bar, and nobody takes a payment.
What if someone walks off with a power bank?
That is covered — the rental is capped and the card on file is charged. It is not your problem and it does not come out of your share.
Does it need my wifi?
No. The station has its own cellular connection built in. There is no IT conversation and nothing to configure on your network.
How much space does it take?
The compact model is roughly the footprint of a bar stool and sits on a counter or a stand. Larger models exist for bigger rooms — we size it to your space.
Can I have more than one?
Yes, and across multiple locations. If you run several sites, say so on the form and we will structure it as one conversation instead of many.
What if I want it gone?
We take it out. You are not signing up to have it there forever, and the exit terms are part of what we agree up front rather than something buried later.
